I thought of you when Neal and Mozzie started talking about her going after the cache in California :-D

Well, he didn't get the message when she came to see him, but I could wank it that he subconsciously registered that something was off with her and she was trying to tell him something important. Then when he got out and went home, he saw the bottle, and was so shocked and upset about what he saw as a break-up message that he forgot about his other misgivings.

But that still makes his searching for her so intently rather iffy. The directions to the cache weren't true, so it's not like he's got anything to lose by letting her go, other than his possessive prive :-|
Unless it's an honor among thieves/set an example thing. I could go for a hate-love ship :-D
