I don't get your comment...it's like you have seen a completly different episode. Wasn't one of the main point of the whole anniversary thing that relationships ARE work and that you WON'T find the right solution in the Visa Bills but by remembering what's really important to her? That anniversaries are important, especially if you have to make up for countless times you got caught up in your work?

And yes, Neal is an all around charmer (with woman AND men)...that's part of the character. But how you can apply this on males in general is beyond me. I'm actually quite pleased how being lesbian is portrayed in the show. It comes over with an by you leave, both woman shown are distinctive female and not acting manly at all.

I'm also pleased how woman got portrait in generall...all strong characters, all have their own career, all are intelligent and independent.
